The hotel room was a mix of old charm and modern updates, making it cozy and clean. The location was outstanding for exploring downtown, although the room view was limited to the roof. The service was pleasant, but directions to the hidden room were lacking initially.

8.0/10
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice, although a bit tight on vanity counter space for two people; however, it was sufficient for my one-night stay at the same price. The lack of air conditioning was a downside, but it wasn't a deal-breaker considering the cool Santa Fe evenings.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were nice and clean.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch, super friendly, and accommodating. I appreciated the staff's efforts, like moving us to a quieter room the following night. However, the noise from the gasoline weed-eater outside our window at 8:00 PM was a bit bothersome.
Location
9.0
The location was truly one of the best aspects of this hotel. It's central to everything, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. However, it did attract some homeless individuals, which was a slight downside.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was mixed. While it was convenient to order breakfast to the room, the options were limited. Missing coffee one morning was a letdown, but the baby back ribs were a tasty highlight.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, offering basic amenities, but nothing particularly standout. The hotel lacks some features compared to higher-end properties.

The rooms are quite small, without extra amenities like a chair or desk, but the full-size bed can suffice during a budget-friendly stay.
